BROXTON is a community brewery & public house installed in the most historic and iconic building smack dab in the heart of Westwood Village. Over the years, cars and rain destroyed most of the grass on those lots, exposing dirt. Doyle recently had the lots leveled, but according to city code, land in the city cannot have exposed soil of 1 square foot or more. A powerful symbol of honor and remembrance is standing proudly here in Southwest Florida. The Traveling Vietnam Memorial Wall is open to the public, a reminder of those we lost who served our country.

The Celtic Ray Public House in downtown Punta Gorda opened in 1997 by Proprietor Kevin Doyle. At the time there wasn’t a single establishment in the area that offered a variety of quality imported beers and the atmosphere of a traditional Irish Pub. We serve only high-quality imported draught beers, bottled beers, ciders, fine wines, as well as, a selection of “soft” beverages. Kevin Doyle, owner of Celtic Ray Public House Irish pub in downtown Punta Gorda, and his partner, S4 Global Investments, were found in violation of the city’s exposed soils code.

Doyle and S4 Global own three adjoining lots used for overflow parking for Celtic Ray and for events at Laishley Park. The menu for Celtic Ray Public House may have changed since the last user update. Sirved does not guarantee prices or the availability of menu items.

As this ample interior space is named, the Mayor Tom Bradley Room is used for ceremonies and other special occasions. The Observation Deck or Tom Bradley Tower located on the 27th floor is open to the public. Access to City Hall is located off of Main St. The rotunda is located on the 3rd floor accessible by all elevators. To access the Tom Bradley Tower requires the “Express Car Only” for floors 1, 3, and 10 through 22 elevators. Once on the 22nd floor transition to the Gold 22 thru 26 elevator bank. Finally once on the 26th floor, access to the 27th can be reached by stairs or one more elevator.
